It is an honour for our country to host this mega event . The South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) serves as the regional and geopolitical union of nations in South Asia. Its members include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
The theme of this years congress is “Harmonising ORL, Head and Neck Experts amongst SAARC countries.” We are committed to provide a dynamic plateform for the exchange of knowledge and insight.

Dear Colleagues,
The field of otolaryngology head and neck surgery has greatly evolved and continues to expand, pushing boundaries in its various subspecialties such as otology, rhinology, and head and neck surgery. Despite being developing countries, it is gratifying to see that the field of otolaryngology is also advancing in all SAARC countries overcoming the challenges through innovative approaches.
This conference aims to provide a platform for faculty from regional countries to showcase their work, share their experiences, and collaborate. As this region has facing more or less similar challenges and disease pattern too, this experience sharing will be a great contribution to the development of the field and ultimately create regional guidelines. As the chairman of the scientific committee, I would like to extend a warm invitation to national, regional, and international faculty members to discuss advancements, share knowledge, and foster collaboration in the dynamic realm of otolaryngology.
The conference will cover various topics, including: Rhinology, rhinoplasty, anterior skull base Otology, cochlear implants, and lateral skull base Head and neck surgery Pediatric otorhinolaryngology Audiology abd speech, and much more.
